"Had dinner here as a group with work colleagues whilst staying nearby for a work conference. The staff were friendly and helpful but the food took ages to come out. And they accept blue light which was great! The food was decent quality and tasty; however I found my chips to be only just warm and the chicken was overcooked (but tasted good!) The pub is clean and presented well and conveniently situated near to main routes to Birmingham, nearby towns and retail parks which we took advantage of. If the annual conference is in Birmingham next year I would eat here again."

"Come here quite a few times but today felt staff was more willing to help and customer service was on point. Claire was very helpful! Dave the chef was willing to help and did me another egg to how I liked it. On entrance staff was very helpful!"

"Stayed at the adjacent premier inn for 2 nights, we booked breakfast on the desk at check in Saturday. Sunday morning breakfast wasn't the best with everything not cooked enough, was thinking of cancelling our monday morning breakfast but so glad we didn't as it was one of the best breakfasts we have had when staying at Premier inn. The service was great. Chef David was a delight checking everything was good with our food and asking if we wanted anything else. We are staying again at Easter and hope to have one of David's scrumptious breakfasts again."

"Ate here when stayed over for work. Food was lovely and was served fast. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The young gentleman behind the bar when I walked in was very helpful I didn’t catch his name. Jack was my server and he was great. Also a lady manager very helpful I didn’t catch her name either. Breakfast was also lovely lots of choice and Gail my server was brilliant"

Dave, the very friendly chef, also needs a special mention for preparing food freshly and quickly, and for being very particular about food hygiene. Major advantage for families is kids eat free at breakfast. Will definitely visit again, if in the area"

"Just been with our friends. The service we received from members of staff was excellent. Rachel who served us was very friendly and polite and after ordering we didn’t have to wait long for our meals which surprised us as it was quite busy. We were all pleased with our meals which showed with four empty plates."

"Been stopping at premier in over the weekend with family and had a beautiful buffet breakfast and it was the best breakfast we’ve ever eaten we all enjoyed and it looked amazing chef Dave was a character and made us all laugh and staff was great. Dave made sure there was food topped up, we will all be back again very soon over Easter. Top man"

"I ate here for 3 nights while working away this week. I have no complaints, the food on each occasion was really nice. In particular I’d recommend the Mixed Grill and the Ribeye steak. Very generous portion sizes and cooked really well. In addition, the breakfasts in the morning were very good, as far as ‘hotel’ self serve breakfast go I was very impressed. I’d also like the give a special mention to Claire who served us on two nights, she was really friendly and had a smile on her face the entire time!"
